Our program is personalized to each person who enrolls! We start by having you fill out a quick application so we can understand you better and tailor the support we provide to fit what you need. This approach has helped hundreds of women transform how they see themselves and attract the healthy relationships they deserve.
Yes! You have access to 1:1 sessions with any of our qualified, trained, amazing coaches as needed throughout the program. We also offer at least two interactive group coaching calls each week for extra support and community!
Both therapy and coaching focus on awareness, but coaching also gives you clear steps to move forward. Many of our clients also love how coaching is straightforward, focused, and gets results quickly. Some even say they've learned more in our 8-week program than years of therapy!
The program is designed to fit into your schedule, but we suggest committing at least 30-60 minutes/day or a few hours each week to get the most out of the program.
